We all carry a part of ourselves that feels broken—a piece shaped by past wounds, buried fears, and unspoken sadness. This letter is for that part of me, and maybe for that part of you too. It’s an invitation to confront the darkness we often push away—the feelings we hide, the pain we try to ignore—because they’ve been too heavy to carry for so long.
But what if, instead of resisting that darkness, we made space for it? What if we embraced it with curiosity, letting it speak its truth? In this letter, I reach out to my "Broken One" to explore how we can hold both the shadows and the light, allowing room for peace and joy. As you read, I hope you’ll find reflections of your own Life Adventure here, and realize that by giving space to your darkness, you open the door to something brighter—a journey toward healing, freedom, and love.
